As a customer, you have the right to unpack the goods and check their function and appearance. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can of course return your products to us within 14 days of receiving them. You then have 14 days to return the goods to us. In the case of a partial delivery, this is 14 days after you receive the last item on your placed order. We reserve the right to make a possible depreciation deduction if you as a customer have examined the goods for longer than necessary.
If you choose to return the goods, the goods must be properly packed in their original packaging and packaging, and the goods must be in their original condition. Transportation responsibility means that you are responsible for ensuring that your shipment arrives in full to us. Therefore, please pack the goods extra carefully so that they are not damaged during the journey and use an option where you can track the shipment, such as parcel or registered letter. When returning parcels from abroad, it is very important that you mark the parcel with RETURN to avoid extra costs.
Refunds will be made within 14 days after we have received notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal. However, we reserve the right to wait for proof that the return has been sent to us or when we have received the return. Then a payment will be made, which may take 5-7 banking days. Right of complaint
As a customer, you should always feel safe and satisfied with a purchase from us. Morgan Madison AB applies the Consumer Purchase Act's right of complaint, which means that you have a three-year right of complaint after you have received the goods. We assume that all care instructions have been followed and that normal care has been taken.
In the event of a complaint, we recommend that you contact our customer service for faster handling, they will then help you further with the case. You will then be asked to provide pictorial evidence via e-mail of the defect/defective product where the defect is clearly visible. Once we have received the claimed item, the fault will be re-examined and a new item will be sent to you. You do not pay for the shipping of the new product.
In the event of a complaint, the fault must be reported as soon as possible or as soon as the fault is discovered. Notification of defects in the goods within two (2) months is always considered to be within a reasonable time. In the event of an approved complaint, we as the merchant are responsible for all costs, including all shipping.
