The above information regarding VAT applies to private individuals. If you are a reseller and/or B2B customer, you are welcome to contact us for a quote, viewing and information by sending an e-mail to us at sales@morganmadison.se.

Delivery method and pick-up
Delivery of ordered goods is made by DHL or PostNord. At the checkout, you can choose the delivery point yourself based on your postal code so that the package ends up as close to you as possible.
Delivery to a pick-up point - PostNord (SEK 69)
This applies to orders with a weight of less than 25 kg. The shipment is delivered to the nearest PostNord agent, e.g. a nearby grocery store. An SMS notification will be sent with information on where to collect your parcel. To prevent the package from being returned, it must be collected within 14 days, otherwise a charge of SEK 200 will be made for an unredeemed package.
Delivery to a pick-up point - DHL Service Point (69 SEK)
This applies to regular orders with a weight under 25 kg. The shipment is delivered to the nearest DHL agent. A text message will be sent with information on where/how to collect your package. To prevent the package from being returned, it needs to be picked up within 14 days, otherwise a cost of SEK 200 will be charged for an unredeemed package.
Larger packages
When ordering larger packages, standard shipping does not apply. A shipping cost based on weight may be added but this is clearly displayed at checkout before your order is placed.
Transport responsibility
Transport responsibility means that you are responsible for ensuring that your shipment arrives in full to us in the event of a self-sent return, in the event that you exercise your right of withdrawal or for a complaint. Therefore, please pack the goods extra carefully so that they are not damaged. Use an option where you can track the shipment, such as a parcel or registered letter. When returning parcels from abroad, it is very important that you mark the parcel with RETURN to avoid any extra costs.
If the goods are damaged or lost during transportation from us to you, we are responsible. In the case of a possible self-sent return to us, it is you as a customer who is responsible for the goods, if you choose to use our return consignment note, we are responsible if something should occur during the return.
Transport damage
If the product is damaged at the time of delivery, this should be reported immediately to our customer service via e-mail. In order for us to be able to complain about the damage to our carrier, we need to report the transport damage to them within 1-3 days. You should therefore report the damage within this time. This applies to both visible and hidden transport damage and it is therefore important that you unpack and check that the product is faultless as soon as possible after receipt. Remember to always save the packaging and packaging so that the complaint can be handled correctly.
Unclaimed order
Unredeemed packages will be returned to us after 14 days and you will be charged for the return shipping cost of SEK 200.
In the event of any disputes, our goal is to always come up with the best possible solution, whatever has occurred. In the event of a dispute with the General Complaints Board (ARN), we always follow the recommendation given by ARN. The Consumer Purchase Act (KKL) and the Distance Selling Act (DHL) are mandatory laws that we as a retailer work by. Our terms of purchase are complementary to these two laws. The Alternative Dispute Resolution Act also makes it possible, in addition to the General Complaints Board, to turn to the EU's common dispute resolution site where you as a consumer can submit complaints and agree on a solution with the trader http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Any dispute shall be resolved by either the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in Sweden or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).
